The observations on the spin of our Milky Way core black hole are the first clear, unambiguous sign that we are not alone

The 10% Problem

Another conundrum has reared it's ugly head as observation, again threatening to disrupt the carefully constructed kaleidoscope of cards that obscure any necessity to question basic interpretations of the Universe as exercised as formal physics research. It is the problem of 10%: recently publicized as the best estimate cosmologists can currently make on the spin of the Milky Way's core as a percent of the ultimate speed - that of light.

Such seems, prima facia, not unreasonable - but this number is already causing angst and is destined to be an even greater disruption in the current concepts of cosmology as it can reasonably establish that consciousness exists and is likely as such to be synonymous with the rotational energy of that black hole.

The problem: is such a number is unexpected given the classical understanding of rotational inertia. As the radius of the spinning mass shrinks, the rate of rotational inertia goes quickly up to the hard ceiling and keeps squeezing on that speed limit - that of light. Thus, any reasonable spinning star mass would be expected to be spinning quite rapidly indeed so compacted and the random accretion of further mass as gravitational black hole, attracting all - matter and energy - further increasing such spin, not decreasing to say, a cool 10%.

The 10% Solution

Modern physics canon has a number of fundamental misconceptions that prevent proper understanding of dynamics and structure as the scalings go from our human-scale experience to that approaching Planck dimension where the true stochastic aspect of the host elliptics maths can impact processes and we observe apparent random events.

Such a yet cryptic, primary concept is that the experience of time is held within any rotational entity in the dynamic E/M web system. This system scaffolds on structural elements (electron/nucleon arrays) and passively distributes the energy among constituent waveforms. As a natural beating structure, it keeps accurate local time and it allows natural flow of energy via the principle of least action. This passive process allows the waveforms to prime space and thus move through space as a time-assembled array as our Universe vibrates with superposition.

Inertial object examples range from a free electron to an asteroid and beyond - but in all examples (with the exception of the isolated neutron outside of the nucleon womb) - each object* is both permeated through with E/M rays/webs and must, as well, be fully encased by such web. Such inertial energy assembly provides what is necessary to keep the ensemble, free-flowing arrangement as assembly and observable as such in time. The inertial web allows new futures to be explored, including disruption of the coordinating E/M web that will lead to assemblies fragmenting and reforming new inertial webs.

Fully encased, is the crucial element and * black holes the massive exception to the rays originating form the quiescent center of rotation. Yes, indeed, Black Holes will be found to have more than just hair - critters will have set up home around the information-crystal core and are keeping it neat and livable.
