on a Little Help

I loved and hated Chaos, the killer cat. I hated how she/he ( cats are, of course, the ur-trans creature exuding male-ness or female-ness at will ) killed and mutilated all the beautiful creatures that I observed and mourned their no more
But I could only love her independence and his bravery and how it navigated with a certainty that was its eventual sword of undoing. I admired the admiral as midshipman with skills and acumen and a thirst, always, for adventure only returning as the weather encouraged with reports of the surrounding unknowns. And when it deigned to report - to come in and purr, luxuriating in the lap of revealry, to tell the secrets and stories that can only be my fault for not understanding - it was only to leave when it decided the time was neigh; some weather gage that can never, in service of the exigencies, be missed, was calling. & thus he meowed to get my attention and placed her hand on the outer door knob to ask, silently -- please, a little help, my thumb is not yet fully evolved and places I must be.
~~~~~~~
I want to demonstrate we are evolved sufficiently to warrant a little help - that we have the maturity to leverage art responsibly - with missions unassailable and that we actually understand & thus appreciate what is even meant by the least of our neighbors. We may not have a thumb to open the door to fully evolve socialization as collaborations and ventures with the unassailable missions necessary to evolve beyond the bees and termites in our separated abdominal and thoraxian existences. Yet. - and so, I shall too meow, point and silently ask - a little help?
( note: I would never clip an animal's tail ; such occurred before I met these magestix critters as shoats - as some Farmers , like good Doctors , seem convinced that removal of skin filled with sensors of our universe and so closely juxtaposed/connected to our soul will somehow , in some perverted logic , be a good oh-dear. Not. )
